Managing Director

Katie is passionate about assisting people to reach their financial goals and educate them to have the chance to be financially free.

Katie is a qualified and accredited Finance Consultant with the MFAA, and holds a certificate IV in Financial Services. With over 2 years experience in the financial services industry, Katie is dedicated to changing the face of the mortgage industry and the way people access and perceive lending solutions and strategies.

Katie is a very passionate property investor and brought her first home at the age of 20 years old and today has a significant property portfolio.

Rebecca Little

Finance Strategist

Rebecca's goal right now is to be financially free through her business in finance, investing and property development. With her knowledge and experience she wishes to help, educate and assist those who seek the same path to financial freedom.

Rebecca has 3 years experience in the finance industry, 1 year as a tax agent and the last 2 years as a fully qualified and accredited finance strategist and mortgage broker with MFAA membership. Whether you are a first home buyer looking to get into your first family home or an investor with a dream to build a multiple property portfolio, Rebecca's knowledge and expertise allows her to offer you the best lending solutions and strategies.

Narelle Turner 

Finance Strategist

Narelle’s fascination for architecture and her love of property and people guided her into a six year career in the real estate industry as a sales consultant professional and most recently, a qualified, accredited mortgage broker. She has studied various real estate and investment courses but the most valuable lessons she has learnt have been from experience. She has designed and built her own homes, bought and sold established investment properties, co-ordinated projects with builders and landscapers in the construction of spec homes and property renovations.

She has been a director of a successful IT, management and administration business and followed her passion for empowering herself and others by studying at the Advanced Coaching and Leadership Centre in Texas USA.

The confusion, uncertainty and overwhelm experienced by herself when buying her first property and now expressed to her by first home buyers (including her two sons) has been the catalyst for recently co-authoring and launching a new practical, easy to understand book - Take Charge, How to BUY your first home. One of her goals is to educate first home buyers through fun and interactive workshops. She wishes all property buyers be equipped with the knowledge to steer their own fun and straightforward course to property ownership.
